ADR Assistance offers special assistance lounges for passengers with disabilities and Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRMs). These lounges are always staffed by specialised personnel.

TACTILE PAVING
In the landside area, the airport is equipped with tactile paving to help visually impaired people with orientation and mobility, ensuring independent access to the main areas of the airport.
BE MY EYES
A remote visual assistance service that connects people with visual impairments to our operators, who are ready to provide them with real-time support for finding their way around the airport.
WHILL
Innovative e-mobility devices available to facilitate movement through the airport. These offer a comfortable and autonomous alternative to traditional wheelchairs.
DINING BOOTH
At Fiumicino airport, in the forefront of Terminal 3, you will find the Dining Booth: a reserved and comfortable space. It is designed for anyone who, due to specific needs, may feel uncomfortable eating in crowded or overly exposed environments. Here, you will find a quiet and protected area where you can enjoy a moment’s rest in total serenity.
Area Pet
Animals are welcome at the airport. Dedicated areas for their care are available both inside and outside the terminals. Inside: located in a sterile area near the Arrivals area of Terminal 3, close to luggage belt No 14. Outside: located outside Exit Door 2 of Terminal 3 - Arrivals, heading towards the Kiss&Go car park on Via Generale Felice Santini. This area is open and usable by all, in compliance with the rules posted on the entrance gate.
